    Hi, I have recently purchased a dual band practical mobile booster (power line) 600 sq.m (spark) (order number 10000144480) from you and we are having trouble getting phone calls in and out. We only purchased this product to receive and make phone calls from our rural property but in order to make an phone calls we have to switch 4g Volte on. Turning 4g Volte on helps a lot but still is weak and unreliable. Have we purchased the wrong product for our needs? If so what are our options? Please note that we followed your website product selector guide in order to make this purchase in the first place.
